Christine Peddie is a Toronto-based freelance food writer. A strong media and communications professional, she graduated from McGill University before earning a master’s degree in journalism from Boston University. Christine also holds honours diplomas in baking and pastry arts and chef training from George Brown College. Christine has worked in publishing, in kitchens, as a writer, recipe editor and researcher.
