I have a degree in nutritional and food science and have worked in the food industry for over 18 years. My experience ranges from Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, to Product Development in both the foodservice and retail sectors. My area of specialty is beverages but also have a lot of experience with snacks and confectionery. In my spare time I love to mountain bike, downhill ski, and ride horses. And of course, I love all things food! Cooking new recipes, reading food magazines, watching the food network, and trying new restaurants.
